JOB SUMMARY: The Shift Leader is a high-visibility, "player-coach" role responsible for the direct supervision of personnel and workflows during a designated shift. Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Operations, you are the primary driver of floor productivity, ensuring that safety standards, production quotas, and outlet retail targets are met in real time. This role requires a leader who is comfortable working alongside the team while maintaining the authority to delegate tasks, solve immediate operational hurdles, and ensure the seamless flow of goods from the loading dock to the sales floor.
