Position Overview:The Shift Leaderis responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts while ensuring excellent customer service and team performance. This role reports to store management and supports team members in delivering efficient, high-quality service. The Shift Leader plays a key role in maintaining food safety standards, managing workflow, and supporting training efforts. This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, outgoing, and enjoy leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily operations
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
