Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Crew Members to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service during shifts
- Assign workstations and adjust staffing to meet customer demand efficiently
- Ensure all menu items meet Little Caesars’ delicious quality standards
- Train and coach team members on procedures and company standards
- Operate registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
- Communicate shift results and address any concerns with management
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, enthusiastic, and punctual with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to coach and hold team members accountable
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Availability for assigned shifts, including some evenings and weekends
