Culver's - Immediate Shift Leader Position

Culver's, a beloved family restaurant known for its ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard, is looking for a highly skilled Shift Leader to join our enthusiastic team. As a Shift Leader at Culver's, you will not only have the opportunity to serve delicious food but also create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Assist in training new team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
