Shift Leader
Location: Knightdale, NC
Position Summary: The Shift Leader at Which Wich of Knightdale is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their designated shift. They will lead by example, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that team members are following company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate tasks to team members
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are being followed
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling and payroll tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a leadership role in the food service industry
