Shift Leaders are responsible for supervisingassigned areas for an entire shift.* Running shifts effectively* Counting drawers* Counting change fund at everyday part* Managing day to day tasks* Running daily contests for lunch and dinner and provide rewards* Properly handling CARES calls and customer complaints in the restaurant* Managing labor effectively* Facilitating daily cleaning tasks* Attending and contributing at Team Leader meetings* Establishing accountability with Team Members* Maintaining a fun work environment* Communicating expectations to the team, ranging from Team Members to Directors* Maintaining vision alignment with the Operator and leadership team* Aiding in coordinating special events for marketing* Organizing the teamwith excellenttfollow-throughhQualifications and Requirements:* Smile* Create and Maintain Eye Contact* Speak Enthusiastically* Make Emotional Connections with Guests* Reliable transportation* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Strong people skills with a desire to callobarate with all Team Members* Strong commitment to superior customer service* Ability to lift and carry 25-50lbs* Ability to stand for long periods of time* Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues* Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility* Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.All team members must follow appearance and apparel standards set by Chick-fil-A.
