    Our local family restaurant partner is seeking full-time and part-time Shift Supervisors in the Scripps Ranch area who are ready to step into leadership while staying fully engaged in the day-to-day energy of the restaurant.

    About the Role
    At this location, this role will support FOH. BOH, Takeout, and Delivery as a Shift Supervisor, usually as either an opener or a closer. You're working with the General Manager to be the heartbeat of daily operations. 

    This is a fully hands-on leadership role—you'll be on the floor, in the kitchen, answering phones, assigning drivers, and making sure every shift runs like clockwork.

    What You'll Do

    Operational Leadership
    • Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth daily operations
    • Manage service flow across front and back of house
    • Assign team roles, coordinate drivers, and support takeout/delivery execution
    • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and full readiness for every shift
    • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and turn challenges into wins
    Team Leadership & Development
    • Train and cross-train team members across all stations
    • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to service standards
    • Create a positive, high-energy, team-first environment
    • Lead by example—jumping in wherever needed
    Financial & Performance Focus
    • Monitor daily sales and operational performance
    • Support cost control, labor goals, and profitability targets
    • Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to procedures

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years of front and back of house experience (preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
    • A hands-on mindset—you're not afraid to jump in and get it done

    Requirements

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Food Handler's Certification
    • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Previous Lead or Supervisor experience in FOH, BOH, or both
