Job Description:
Shift Lead/Project Manager
Location: New Carlisle, Indiana (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Hours: Sunday - Wednesday 11am to 9pm
Role Overview
We are seeking a Shift Lead/Project Manager to oversee project execution during the swing shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring project timelines are met. This role serves as a key point of escalation and is integral to maintaining the workflow and capacity of the project.

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated pay rate for this position is between $30.00 and $35.00 per hour.
