Responsibilities:
Supervise and support team members during shifts
Ensure top-quality food preparation and customer service
Handle cash, process orders, and manage inventory
Train and motivate staff to meet company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
Assist in scheduling and daily operational tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be 18+ and available for evening & weekend shifts
