What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise floor staff during your shift, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations
- Manage bartending duties and support the bar team with specialty drink preparation
- Handle cash management, inventory checks, and opening/closing procedures
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and grace
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the venue
- Train and mentor team members to uphold our high service standards
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead or management role within hospitality
- Proven bartending skills and knowledge of craft cocktails
- Reliable transportation to get to work consistently
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
