Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the shelter, ensuring the well-being of all animals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in animal shelter management or animal control.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
  • Knowledge of animal care, behavior, and welfare standards.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain animal control certifications.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to animal welfare.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
  • Flexibility to work on call nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
