During your first 60–90 days, you’ll train on 1st shift alongside an experienced crew, learning our standards, equipment, and pace. After training, you can move into the shift that fits your life. We hire across all shifts and offer premiums for 2nd and 3rd.
Hourly, based on experience. See the detailed progression and pay ranges in the career path below.
You begin by reviewing the job ticket and any special notes so the right ink, stock, and coatings are in place. Plates are mounted accurately and efficiently, then you assist with make-ready per our work instructions. As the run starts, you monitor ink and coating levels and keep a precise record of ink usage. You’ll keep the feeder stocked to avoid unnecessary stops, clear completed loads from delivery, and correctly tag and mark all printed loads—including clearly noting where samples were pulled and any scrap or nonconforming product. When the job wraps, you remove plates and dispose of them properly.
We’re a family-owned, growth-minded folding carton manufacturer serving leading global brands. Our pressroom is fast-paced and evolving—we continually invest in technology, refine our processes, and build the skills of our people. If you love learning advanced equipment in a collaborative shop, you’ll fit right in.
