Openwork is hiring an experienced Sheet Metal Equipment Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing facility in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting industrial equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and keeping production running efficiently.

What You'll Do:
Perform preventive maintenance on sheet metal fabrication equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
Inspect machinery for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
Maintain maintenance logs and repair records.
Monitor and organize maintenance tools and spare parts inventory.
Recommend equipment improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Train machine operators on basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Coordinate with equipment vendors for specialized repairs and replacement parts.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
What We're Looking For:
2–4+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
Experience in a sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Ability to read electrical schematics, machinery manuals, and mechanical drawings.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial equipment systems preferred.
Ability to lift equipment and remain active throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical or vocational maintenance training preferred.
