| Role Description: | Responsibilities include : - Support and guide customers in their daily use of SharePoint- Work with customers, gather requirements and implement small scale business applications.- Work to resolve any issues with existing applications - Act as a liaison between the customers and the offshore ? onshore technical team.- Manage day to day activities of support team.- Monitor existing applications and support infrastructure team as and when needed.- Develop and maintain reports.- Create support documentation and reports- Manage and maintain site content and security- Participate in team meetings.- Partipate in DR activitities, and PatchingTechnical:- Minimum 7-10 years in developing and supporting SharePoint applications.- Experience in working with customer facing role- Excellent Knowledge in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2019 (on-Prem) and 0365 (SP Online)- Experience with HTML, CSS, C#, JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap etc) and Powershell- Knowledge of ITIL and change management.- Excellent Knowledge in client side development, Server side development, SharePoint Framework and troubleshooting - Experience in working with SharePoint online,SPFX custom development, MS Teams, Power apps, Flow (Power Automate), and etc.- Prior experience working with clients and resolving the issues within given SLAs- Experience delivering continuous service improvements.- Experience in Nintex workflows- Experience in Database Development ( SQL Server or Oracle) - Excellent communication skills and team player but also able to work with minimum supervision.- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and an effective organizer.- Decision maker and pays attention to details while meeting deadlines.- Experience in SharePoint Migration |
