Pay Information
Hourly Range: $36.46/hr - $47.18/hr
What Youll Do
Assist the Collaboration Systems team and our customers to detail requirements to solutions in Microsoft
365, SharePoint and Nintex
Lend your expertise to design OOTB or custom solutions to meet requirements.
Work closely with personnel from all areas of the business to help drive business value.
Manage day-to-day SharePoint support and training.
Maintaining current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for
Microsoft 365 solutions
Assist with support of migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365
Support Nintex migrations
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Off-Site Work Environment: This position may be performed working primarily remotely. Travel/commute to various company and/or customer locations at time when not "home based" may be required.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office, laboratory, production floor, or cleanroom, outdoors or remote research
environment.
May occasionally work in production work centers where use of protective equipment and gear is required.
May access other facilities in various weather conditions.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Related Bachelors and 2 or more years of related experience; or HS Diploma and 6 or more years of related experience.
Each higher-level degree, i.e., Associates, Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for additional years of experience.
Related certifications may count towards years of related experience.
Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university,
college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US
Department of Education.
Experience with requirements gathering.

SharePoint Application Development Certifications a plus.
Familiarity with various third-party solutions that integrate with SharePoint is a plus (e.g. HarePoint, Bamboo Solutions, ShareGate).
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with Business Process Mapping.
Six Sigma Certification
Experience SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
Experience with Nintex Workflow or equivalent.
Experience with M365 offerings (Teams, Exchange, Stream, etc)
Experience with web technologies including (Javascript, JSON, CSS, and HTML)A
