In this role, you will:
- Direct teams through fixturing, merchandising, and store setup activities.
- Ensure planogram and floor plan accuracy, maintaining store standards.
- Manage payroll, control expenses, and report project data to stay on budget.
- Oversee equipment and property maintenance to protect the brand.
- Support team development by modeling best practices and reinforcing policies.
We're seeking candidates with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in new store setup and a passion for leadership and logistics. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
