We are seeking a detail-oriented Spot Welder Set Up Operator to join our metal fabrication team in Brooklyn Park, MN. This role involves Resistance Spot Welding, using electrical current and pressure to join small metal components. Key responsibilities include operating welding machinery, accurately positioning parts, conducting quality inspections, performing basic equipment maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Experience: Prior metal fabrication or machine shop experience with set up expertise required.
- Skills: Understanding of metal properties, manual dexterity, and reliability in meeting production deadlines.
- Qualifications: Ability to handle small parts precisely and maintain high output during shifts.
This position offers a shift from Monday to Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, with pay ranging from $24 to $27 per hour based on experience. Join us to develop specialized resistance welding skills in a safety-focused environment.
