We’re looking for a proven leader to take the helm of our restoration company in Abilene. As General Manager, you’ll run the day‑to‑day operations of the franchise, lead a team of managers, and shape the future of the business—and the people in it.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD & OWN:
- Full oversight of daily operations and multiple divisions
- Development and execution of annual business plans and company goals
- Creation and management of annual budgets, revenue targets, and profit margins
- Leadership of managers handling restoration & construction projects
- Recruitment, hiring, training, and development of managers and staff
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience and referral‑worthy service
- Enforcing processes, safety standards, and operational excellence
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of management experience
- Restoration industry experience preferred (1+ year)
- Strong people‑leader with a track record of building high‑performing teams
- Process‑driven, results‑oriented, and detail‑focused
- Comfortable managing budgets, KPIs, and multiple priorities
- Proficient with standard business and operational software
Education & Certifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD); Master designation a plus
