We’re looking for a proven leader to take the helm of our restoration company in Abilene. As General Manager, you’ll run the day‑to‑day operations of the franchise, lead a team of managers, and shape the future of the business—and the people in it.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD & OWN:
Full oversight of daily operations and multiple divisions
Development and execution of annual business plans and company goals
Creation and management of annual budgets, revenue targets, and profit margins
Leadership of managers handling restoration & construction projects
Recruitment, hiring, training, and development of managers and staff
Ensuring exceptional customer experience and referral‑worthy service
Enforcing processes, safety standards, and operational excellence
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
5+ years of management experience
Restoration industry experience preferred (1+ year)
Strong people‑leader with a track record of building high‑performing teams
Process‑driven, results‑oriented, and detail‑focused
Comfortable managing budgets, KPIs, and multiple priorities
Proficient with standard business and operational software
Education & Certifications:
High school diploma/GED required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD); Master designation a plus
