Hands-on experience repairing servo motors or industrial motors
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Experience with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and oscilloscopes
Mechanical aptitude, including experience with bearings, shafts, and assemblies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
Diagnose and repair servo motors, including AC/DC servo systems and related components
Perform disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of motors and assemblies
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
Test repaired motors to ensure proper functionality and performance
Replace or repair components such as bearings, encoders, windings, and feedback devices
Document repair processes, findings, and test results accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines and quality standards
Client is seeking an experienced Servo-Motor Repair Technician to join their Euless, TX facility.
This is a hands-on, bench-based role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and testing servo motors and related industrial equipment.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, along with experience working on servo systems and motor components.
