Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $37/hr $40/hr on W2
Shift: M-F 8.00 AM to 05.00 PM CST

Job Summary
The company is seeking an Installation & Commissioning Specialist to support heavy machinery projects involving gas turbines and compressors. The role focuses on managing defect analysis, non-conformity resolution, and root cause analysis to ensure project issues are resolved quickly without impacting project schedules. The specialist serves as the key liaison between site teams, engineering, and supply chain to coordinate technical solutions and replacement parts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformities identified during installation and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to obtain technical guidance and deviation approvals.
  • Work with supply chain to procure replacement parts when needed.
  • Track and report defect resolution cycle times to prevent project delays.
  • Ensure timely resolution of quality issues while maintaining project schedules.
Candidate Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a quality-focused or non-conformity management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a machinery-related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across North America and Italy.
