Job Title : ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer
Location: :New York
Duration: 6-12 Months
Pay Rate: $52 - $56/hr (all Inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer. This role involves designing and implementing conversational agents using ServiceNow's Virtual Agent framework.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience in ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer
- Practical experience with NLU intent and utterance authoring
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in topic block design
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in conversational UX background
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules and integrations
- Certification in ServiceNow Virtual Agent or related areas
- Experience in agile development environments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and implement conversational workflows using ServiceNow Virtual Agent
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Continuously improve and optimize virtual agent performance
