Job Title: Applications Development Analyst ServiceNow
Location: On-Site (Tallahassee, FL)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary liaison with business users and conduct requirement workshops.
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and validate workflows, catalog items, SLAs, assignment logic, and process flows.
- Support SDLC activities: sprint planning, build reviews, UAT coordination, and release readiness.
- Ensure compliance with governance, documentation standards, and change control processes.
- Define test cases, manage UAT sessions, and validate functional outcomes.
- Assist in incident triage, RCA, integration data mapping, and CMDB alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of programming/systems analysis experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD/ITOM modules.
- Strong requirements gathering and functional design skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery and UAT management.
- Ability to work across technical and business teams.
