Description
We are looking for a consultant to assist with the implementation and adoption of a portfolio management system across multiple management functions.
This hybrid role, based in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions, involves advising, training, and supporting the transition to a centralized solution.
The consultant will engage with managers and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and operation of the solution.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on best practices for portfolio management system capabilities.
Develop and deliver training for various management roles and stakeholders.
Create comprehensive documentation and process guides.
Support change management and gather user feedback for improvements.
Establish support models and transition plans for operations.
Qualifications
5 years of experience with portfolio management solutions.
Experience leading transformations in large or complex organizations.
Proven ability to create training and process documentation.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Relevant certifications in project management and system administration.
