CTG is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for an enterprise Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro implementation. This role will serve as the primary technical authority and client-facing solution lead, responsible for driving end-to-end ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation activities, assessing current capabilities, improving data quality, and delivering strategic recommendations to mature SAM processes. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro), strong solution architecture skills, and the ability to lead technical teams while partnering directly with business stakeholders. Location: Topeka, KS Duration: 9 months Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation initiatives, including assessment, design, configuration, and optimization. Perform current-state assessments and data quality reviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Provide strategic recommendations and develop a roadmap to enhance SAM maturity and operational effectiveness. Serve as the technical lead and primary point of contact for client-facing solution discussions. Provide architecture guidance, technical oversight, and mentorship to implementation teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Drive SAM Pro best practices, governance, and process improvements across the platform. Required Skills: ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) expertise. Proven experience with end-to-end SAM Pro implementations. Strong background in current-state assessments and data quality analysis. Experience developing SAM strategies, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps. Strong client-facing consulting and solution leadership skills. Technical leadership and team mentorship experience. Advanced understanding of the ServiceNow platform, configuration, and architecture. Required Experience: Extensive hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation experience. Demonstrated success leading complex ServiceNow initiatives from discovery through deployment. Experience serving as a technical lead, architect, or senior consultant on ServiceNow projects. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. ServiceNow certifications in SAM Pro, Software Asset Management, or related ServiceNow disciplines preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
