Job Title: ServiceNow S2P Architect (HRSD & Procurement)

Location: Raritan, NJ

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $55-60/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow S2P Architect with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Procurement/Source-to-Pay (S2P). The ideal candidate will design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions, translate solution architecture into technical implementations, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and Procurement/S2P modules.
• Translate solution architecture into scalable technical implementations.
• Develop and customize complex ServiceNow workflows and applications.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Build solutions using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI Builder/Service Portal, and Employee Center.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and adherence to development best practices.

Required Skills:

• 8-10+ years of ServiceNow development/architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in HRSD (Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center).
• Experience with Procurement / Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procurement Operations.
• Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI Builder/Service Portal.
• JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.
• REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server.
• Import Sets, Transform Maps.
• ACLs, Roles & Security.
• Debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
