Position Title: ServiceNow QA Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Arlington, VA - 2x a week)

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a QA Analyst / Release Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will support application delivery through testing, release coordination, platform operations, governance activities, and release communications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about platform quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle to review requirements, provide input on testability, and ensure quality checkpoints are met.
- Support the implementation of Automated Testing Framework (ATF)
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and testing documentation[BY1] [TF2]
- Identify, document, validate, and track defects through resolution
- Coordinate release readiness activities and deployment validation
- Prepare and publish release notes for platform deployments and enhancements
- Track release schedules, change records, and implementation documentation
- Support platform governance, compliance, and operational procedures
- Assist with reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to obtain and maintain client-required access as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 3 years of relevant experience (or 5 years relevant experience in leu of degree)
- Required Certifications: ServiceNow CSA preferred
- 3-5 years of QA, software testing, platform operations, release management, or related IT experience
- Domain Experience: Agile software delivery, enterprise platforms, and IT operations, ServiceNow
- Test planning, test execution, defect management, SDLC, Agile methodologies, documentation, release coordination, stakeholder communication
- Preferred Skills: ServiceNow platform experience, ITIL, Change Management, Release Management, APIs, integrations, basic scripting concepts
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and problem-solving
WORKING CONDITIONS
Standard business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required to support release activities, production deployments, or operational priorities. This position operates in a remote work environment.
PAY RANGE
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on geographic work location, relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, security clearance, and contract requirements. Geographic salary ranges are determined in accordance with the company's compensation practices and represent a good-faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.
