Roles and Responsibilities:
ServiceNow ITOM AI OPS Developer
Experienced ServiceNow ITOM professional specializing in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps, with a strong focus on CMDB optimization aligned to CSDM standards. Proven ability to integrate observability tools, reduce alert noise, and implement automated remediation workflows. Skilled in designing scalable solutions, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive reliable IT operations.
8+ years of exp in ITOM discovery, service mapping, event mgmt. and CMDB
Exp in integrating monitoring tools especially Elastic and dynatrace
CSA and ITOM Certifications preferred.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and custom development for extending ITOM and AIOps capabilities
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) to support cloud discovery and modern infrastructure
Design, Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM solution including discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and cloud Discovery
Configure and maintain AIOPS Capabilities for Event Correlation, alert noise reduction, anomaly detection and RCA.
Implement and optimize CMDB and ensure alignment with CSDM standards and best practices
Integrating monitoring and observability tools like Elastic, Dynatrace and etc. with ServiceNow Event Mgmt
Develop Event Rules, Alert aggregation policies and operational intelligence dashboard within Service Operations Workspace
Design and implement automated remediation workflows using ansible, flow designer and integration Hub
Collaborate with infra , applications and cloud operations teams to onboard services into ServiceNow ITOM
Good Experience in CMDB Health Assessment, Service Mapping validations
Create Technical Design document and architecture diagrams and implementation runbooks.
Lead troubleshooting sessions for event management, discovery and service mapping and AIOPS related issues.
