Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in ITSM and platform development. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, workflows, CMDB, and ITIL processes, while contributing to enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Primary Skills (Must Have)

Strong hands on experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request).
Deep knowledge of Service Catalog, Record Producers, Flow Designer, Workflows, Service Portal and Scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts).
Strong command over CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts.
Expertise in Agent Workspace, Next Experience, and UI Builder.
Strong understanding of ACLs, roles, platform security, and scoped apps.
Experience designing solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Discovery, or App Engine.
Strong integration skills using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub and external APIs.
Ability to review and optimize platform performance and data model.
Good understanding of ITIL process

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of ServiceNow Store apps and custom application development.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Upgrades & Family Release Management
Performance Analytics (PA) & Reporting

Certifications:

CSA (mandatory)
CIS certifications (ITSM, Discovery)
