Job Description/ Responsibilities
Software Asset Management Specialist to assist and perform normalizing and reconciling software within the ServiceNow Software Asset Workspace. Additionally, the specialist will provide training to the team on how to normalize and reconcile software and help clean up normalization suggestions.
Normalize and reconcile software in the ServiceNow Software Asset Workspace.
Assist in cleaning up normalization suggestions to ensure accurate software asset management.
Provide training to the team on software normalization and reconciliation processes.
Experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management: Proficiency in using the ServiceNow platform, specifically the Software Asset Workspace, to manage and reconcile software assets.
Software Normalization and Reconciliation: Strong understanding of software normalization and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate asset management.
Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the Installed Software table and server inventory discrepancies.
Training and Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively train team members on normalization and reconciliation processes.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in software asset management and normalization suggestions
