Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** As an Application Consultant for ServiceNow, you will provide configuration and maintenance support for software product implementation, possessing expertise in both business and technical skills related to specific ServiceNow modules, as well as service management and ITIL processes. You will lead the team in building a ServiceNow strategy based on value vs. effort, preparing cost-benefit models, and contributing to solution design through effort estimation and costing. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Lead ServiceNow Strategy Development: Develop a ServiceNow strategy based on value vs. effort, preparing cost-benefit models, and contributing to solution design through effort estimation and costing. * Provide Configuration and Maintenance Support: Deliver configuration and maintenance support for software product implementation, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to project timelines. * Tailor Solutions to Budget Guidelines: Tailor the solution to budget guidelines and negotiate with clients to ensure successful implementation. * Contribute to Solution Design: Contribute to solution design through effort estimation and costing, utilizing expertise in both business and technical skills related to specific ServiceNow modules. * Ensure Technical Proficiency: Remain proficient in various web technologies, such as XML, HTML, and Web Services, and maintain knowledge of technical components like LDAP, VPN, and SSL. This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States **Required technical and professional expertise** Relevant ServiceNow experience and knowledge, including: * ServiceNow Module Expertise: Experience with specific ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM), including configuration and maintenance support for software product implementation, as well as service management and ITIL processes. * Solution Design and Estimation: Experience in contributing to solution design through effort estimation and costing, utilizing expertise in both business and technical skills. * IT Service Management: Experience with service management and ITIL processes, including leading teams in building strategies based on value vs. effort and preparing cost-benefit models. * Budget and Client Management: Experience in tailoring solutions to budget guidelines and negotiating with clients to ensure successful implementation. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Relevant ServiceNow Certifications, including CSA, CAD, ITSM. * Proficiency in Web Technologies: Experience with various web technologies, such as XML, HTML, and Web Services, is beneficial for this role. Knowledge of these technologies will enable the Application Consultant to effectively configure and maintain ServiceNow modules. Familiarity with web technologies will also facilitate solution design and estimation. * Technical Component Knowledge: Experience with technical components like LDAP, VPN, and SSL is advantageous for this position. Understanding these components will allow the consultant to tailor solutions to budget guidelines and ensure successful implementation. * IT Service Management Processes: Experience with service management and ITIL processes is desirable, particularly in leading teams in building strategies based on value vs. effort and preparing cost-benefit models.
