Job Title: Administrator, ServiceNowDepartment: IT InfrastructureSupervisor: Sr. Manager, ServiceNowROLE SUMMARY:This position will administer the ServiceNow platform for the corporation. Thecandidate will ensure that the Instances and applications are maintained properly and willwork independently and with direction to resolve defects and deliver enhancements. They will workin a consultative manner gathering business requirements of internal customers, assessingbusiness needs, and designing and developing business solutions. Some independent projectsinclude workflow design, technical design, and rewriting module code, forms, and workflows. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS/ACTIVITIES SUMMARY: Administer 4 ServiceNow Instances with various modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPO, SPM, andWorkflow Data Ensure ServiceNow systems are maintained and enhanced according to industry best practices. Develop ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Integration Hub andother applications as needed Assist in the design, development and implementation business applications within ServiceNow Experience in scripting language(s) like JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell Utilize Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs and other aspects of theServiceNow system Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs Experience with Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro using CSS, HTML, Angular JS. QUALIFICATIONS: 4 years' experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise ITSM implementations Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, andSPO modules of ServiceNow ITIL certification ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: Work will be performed on-site a minimum 4 days a week in a Corporate location with 1day allowed remote at the discretion of management. Locations in Burbank, CA and NYC, New York.
