Jellison's Repair, an independent Class 8 semi-truck and trailer repair facility in Williston, North Dakota, is seeking an experienced Service Writer / Parts Clerk to join our team.

This position plays a vital role in our daily operations and serves as a central point of communication between customers, technicians, and vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating the repair process, coordinating the procurement of parts and materials, preparing invoices, communicating repair updates to customers, and assisting with the collection of outstanding accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills beyond basic proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and report generation. Knowledge of heavy-duty truck repair processes, Class 8 semi-trucks, inventory management systems, and parts procurement is essential. This role also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional customer service abilities, strong analytical thinking, and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
