Our Service Technicians are a crucial part of the property's facilities maintenance team, reporting to the Service Manager or Senior Service Manager. This role involves performing maintenance tasks, executing work orders, and supporting preventative maintenance efforts to ensure the property is well-maintained for our residents. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and cleanliness. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Service Technician role is a detail-oriented and safety-conscious maintenance facilities professional with experience in residential facilities maintenance, including apartment maintenance or maintenance technician responsibilities or a related field, and the ability to support a variety of maintenance tasks. This role includes completing work orders, supporting preventative maintenance, and assisting with overall property upkeep to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents.
Candidates should have a foundation in maintenance tasks and be comfortable working independently while following established processes and safety standards. While not all candidates will have experience across every technical area, they should be ready to develop their skills and grow within facilities maintenance operations.
