Automotive Service Technician (Ford & Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram)
Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per flat-rate hour (based on experience and certifications)

Responsibilities
- Communicate with Service Advisors to determine the scope of repairs and maintenance requested.
- Perform thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and recommend needed maintenance or repairs.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
- Complete repairs according to dealership and manufacturer specifications.
- Notify the Service Advisor immediately if additional repairs are needed, repairs are unnecessary, or work cannot be completed within the promised time.
- Perform maintenance services including oil changes, fluid services, filter replacement, and lubrication.
- Perform engine, transmission, coolant, brake, and power steering flushes.
- Inspect and maintain all vehicle fluid levels.
- Rotate tires, inspect tire condition, adjust tire pressure, and properly torque wheel lug nuts.
- Safely operate and maintain shop equipment, including vehicle lifts.
- Accurately document all repair orders, including complaint, cause, and correction, while following manufacturer time guides.
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer and dealership training.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Ford and/or Stellantis (Mopar) certifications preferred, but not required
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Own tools preferred
