Service Technician PDC Facilities, Inc. is a leader in the design/build of relocatable diagnostic imaging buildings, fixed -site MRI suite environments, and patient experience products that has been in the MRI business since its mainstream availability in the 1980s. We are currently seeking a strong candidate to join our patient experience team as a Commissioning Technician. Responsibilities and Duties - Service Technician • Ensure the delivery of commissioning products to the site • Review the drawings internally and with the site Electrical Contractor • Answer questions from the site regarding the installation of the Caring Suite • Attend meetings pertaining to the scope of commissioning and the Caring Suite • Perform Commissionings • Be an internal point of contact for off- site commissioning techs • Process improvements • Ensures proper documentation is complete, accurate and logged in the Customer Relation Management Database • Internal communication between service, training, shipping and manufacturing departments • Close out meetings with techs, service and training dep artment • Use and continually develop leadership skills • Track project performance, specifically to analyze completion of short and long -term goals • Flexibility to travel ~50% of the time Qualifications and Skills - Service Technician Preferred Skills: • Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering Technology • Knowledge of system level network architecture • Understanding of standard AC wiring practices • Familiarity with electric code • At least 1 year of applied experience in a professional environment • The ability to explain technical concepts to non -technical individuals and groups • The ability to manage one's time within deadlines and the general direction of their supervisor • Exceptional communication skills • Strong MS Office Skills • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability • Project Management Experience a plus Salary: Starting salary at $28/ hr. negotiable for the right candidate Job Type: Full -time Work Location: Home Office - Hartland, WI Reports To : Field Service Commissioning Manager *If interested, please email us your resume at pdcbiz@pdcbiz.com PDC Facilities, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
