What You’ll Do as a  Service Technician:
 
The Service Technician is a blend of sales, customer service, and technician.  The Service Technician owns the customer journey from initial consultation to hands-on job completion in the exterior cleaning industry.   
 
Core Responsibilities
 • Drive sales performance
 • Lead and develop field technicians
 • Deliver exceptional client experiences
 • Maintain equipment, vehicles, and safety compliance
 • Build territory visibility and referral partnerships
 • Ensure CRM and business system compliance
 • Protect brand reputation in the community
 
Sales & Revenue Leadership
• Perform onsite consultations and proposals
• Follow up on all open estimates within 48 hours
• Upsell appropriate services during consultations
• Participate in local networking and community events
• Enter all estimates and notes into CRM
• Communicate schedule progress daily
• Close out work orders accurately
 
Production & Field Execution
• Review work orders before dispatch
• Ensure trucks are stocked and prepared
• Lead crew onsite 
• Complete work to company quality standards
 
Customer Experience & Retention

Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance
 
Requirements:
• 1-5 years Outside Sales Experience
• Ability to be outside and on your feet for 8 hours a day
• Ability to work on small equipment
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Clean driving record
• Solid use of computer programs and calendars
• Ability to climb on 20 ft ladders 
 
Compensation:
Base Pay: $15 hr, with up to 20 hours of overtime pay.
 
Commission Structure:
on closed sales
Production bonus
