Pay & Benefits:

• $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
• Up to 50% rent discount
• Quarterly bonus opportunities
• $15.00 a day for On-call pay

What Youll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
• Respond to service requests with professionalism, urgency, and a resident-first mindset
• Complete preventative maintenance and apartment turns to ensure quality living experiences
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds and common areas
• Support emergency maintenance needs, including participation in an on-call rotation

What You Bring:

• Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel between local communities as needed
• HVAC/EPA Certification highly preferred
• Maintenance experience in apartment, residential, commercial, or related environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
