About the Role: Service Technician
As a Service Technician, you'll join the maintenance team and ensure our communities meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance. This role is perfect for a hands-on person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Leadership
Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests
Assist in the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, scheduling vendors, and quality checks
Maintain inventory control and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and supplies
Preventive Maintenance & Safety
Complete preventive maintenance service requirements
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and risk management procedures
Maintain property inspections to identify and resolve safety concerns to the Service Manager
Grounds & Common Areas
Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, and common areas
Perform general upkeep tasks such as pressure washing, painting, and trash removal
What We're Looking For
Experience in property maintenance or similar role
Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
EPA certifications (Type I & II or Universal) & CPO required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and work in all weather conditions
