We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Service Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of mechanical equipment and systems. This will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Service Technician, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

1. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems and equipment.
2. Providing top-notch customer service, including answering customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
4. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
5. Conducting regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
6. Keeping detailed records of all work performed, including any parts used and the time spent on each task.
7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Service Technician role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment repair.
2. Exceptional technical understanding, with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment.
3. Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a high level of service at all times.
4. Strong knowledge of basic safety procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
