Service Technician III (San Francisco, CA) Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote, reporting into HQ in Riverside, CA) Pay Range: $37.00 - $40.00/hr. Position Summary: The Technician, Service III is a Master-level technician responsible for advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on transit vehicles. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on the product and plays a critical role in ensuring service excellence. In addition to hands-on technical work, the Technician III leads service projects, provides remote and on-site technical assistance, and trains and mentors junior technicians. This position also contributes to production quality control, engineering product improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the service and warranty organization.
