Responsibilities
- Repairs and performs preventative maintenance on a wide variety of mechanical, electrical equipment, and plumbing systems.
- Uses diagnostic tools to detect malfunctions and fix equipment, such as appliances, vehicles, or security systems.
- Installs new equipment and tests functionality to ensure it meets company standards.
- Performs regular service checks to prevent equipment failure.
- Tracks maintenance tasks by updating work orders, documenting materials used, and maintaining digital or written logs of repairs.
- Responds to urgent maintenance calls, such as water leaks, power outages, or safety hazards.
- Assists with snow removal.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 2 year degree in skilled trades preferred
Experience:
- 4 +years experience in maintenance
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Valid drivers license
- Current ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Systems certificate preferred
