Service Technician

Window World, America's leading replacement window company, is hiring Service Technicians in Baton Rouge, LA; Tampa, FL; Houston, TX; and Dallas Fort Worth, TX.
Whether you have hands-on construction experience or you're simply skilled with tools and home repairs, we want to hear from you. We're looking for dependable team members who enjoy problem solving, working with customers, and learning new skills.
This is a full-time opportunity with competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, company provided equipment, and room for career growth.
Pay: $19 to $20 per hour + overtime available
What You'll Do
- Repair and service replacement windows, entry doors, and siding
- Perform maintenance and light repair work at customer homes
- Provide basic caulking, finishing, and touch-up painting support
- Diagnose issues and document repair needs
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Travel to customer job sites using a company vehicle
- Deliver excellent customer service during every appointment
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Experience in construction, carpentry, handyman work, remodeling, or home improvement is a plus, but not required
