WORKING CONDITIONS: Employee must have the ability and desire to work overtime and shift needed by the company. This can include different shifts, and weekends. Be able to work in unfavorable weather conditions while performing physical work. There is PPE required for position which are safety goggles and steel-toe or composite safety work boots. Safety goggles are provided by Crosspoint, and full-time employees are eligible for a reimbursement for the purchase of safety boots. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position is a physically demanding position. The employee may be required to stand for long periods of time, climb up and down ladders and to do repetitive tasks. Employee may be required to lift heavy objects, up to 50 lbs. Employee must be able to pass a DOT physical. NOTE FOR POSITION: This is a full-time position, with complete benefits. Compensation will be at an hourly rate, rate determined by new hire’s experience. |
