We currently have an opening for an A Level Automotive ServiceTechnician to join the Hondru Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team. Top pay for top technician with certifications and experience.
This full-time position is Monday throughFriday from 7:30 AM to 5:00PM.
As an Automotive Service Technician, your responsibilities would include:
Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and following the dealership guidelines
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if any additional service is needed.
Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Other duties as needed.
Your Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in automotive maintenance, repair, and diagnostics
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, and excellent hand-eye coordination
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn new technology, repair, service procedures, and specifications
State Inspection License and Emissions License
