Were seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at Easton Commons, a thriving 498-unit apartment community in Easton, PA. What Youll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance issues.
• Complete service requests independently while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain the communitys appearance, safety, and functionality to company standards.
• Communicate professionally with residents and team members while contributing to an inclusive and supportive team environment.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $21.00-$23.00 per hour
• Up to 50% Rent Discount

• Typical Weekday Schedule
• Participation in a Paid Rotating On-Call Schedule Required

What Were Looking For:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• HVAC/EPA Certification highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
