As a Service Technician at Nova Windows, you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial window systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the trades with hands-on training and long-term growth potential.
Diagnose and repair window-related issues (adjustments, hardware replacement, sealing, etc.)
Perform routine service and maintenance on installed windows
Communicate professionally with customers and explain service work clearly
Complete service reports and documentation accurately
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all job sites
Work closely with the service and installation teams
No prior experience required (training provided)
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
Reliable transportation to Clinton, UT
