Complete Maintenance Technician

Pay: $21-$24 flat rate

Schedule: This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

Department Hours: 7 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday and 8 am to 5 pm on Sunday.

This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections
  • Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and recommend appropriate repairs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Document services completed and review findings with advisors
  • Uphold manufacturer and dealership service standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality expertise

What You'll Bring

  • Basic mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
  • ASE certifications (ideal but not required)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 1+ years of experience as a technician (Toyota brand experience is preferred but not a requirement).
  • Motivated to grow with this team through manufacturer training

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. Flat rate pay range for this role is $21-$24 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
