Job Summary Service Technicians are responsible for completing all service activities as directed by Service Manager in a safe manner to exceed customer expectations.
Essential Job Functions
Expected work hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday *overtime is sometimes available and in some occasions is required
Present themselves in a professional manner to all Air-Nu customers and prospects
Complete all tasks in an effort to exceed customer expectations
Follow all Air-Nu and customer safety policies and procedures
Maintain and keep all proper PPE issued by Air-Nu and/or customer
Report inconsistencies, incidents and safety concerns to Service Manager immediately
Sign off all work completed on service board and service sheets at the completion of job
Turn in Fuelman receipts daily to Office Manger
Date and initial all filters installed
Follow Warehouse procedures for signing out inventory, turn unused filters in daily
