Job Title: Service Technical Support Location : Roseville, CA Duration: 24 months Payrate: $22 - $25 per hour ( All Inclusive) Description: The Quality Operations Support candidate will support manufactured test equipment. Specific duties include mechanical measurement of precision milled and turned sub-miniature high frequency electronic parts to ensure functionality and accuracy. The candidate will be responsible for performing inspection of sub-assemblies or final assemblies or products. Interprets prints, manufacturing drawings, and/or diagrams in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies. Maintains records and/ or databases. Working within the designated area of expertise, the candidate will clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting technicians and NPI Engineers. Requirements: Prior experience is strongly preferred. Applicant should have at least 4 years of related experience. This position requires some education, and/or specialized training/certification Must have strong Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background, and be able to read blueprints. Should have basic understanding of mechanical metrology hand tool usage. GD&T experience is a MUST. The manager indicated that this is not something that is "trainable". Experience using automated software platforms is a plus. Strong PC (MS Windows/Office) skills are a must. Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Surface Profilers preferred. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Demonstrates electronic and mechanical competence. Works with clearly defined objectives Solves technical problems of limited scope and complexity. Exhibits the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with wide range of people. Adheres to the highest standards of business ethics. Provides consistent, solid contribution to team delivery goals. Exercises good discretion in the use of time and other resources.
